What is the difference between the HTML, PDF and Word files?

When your report is completed, we deliver that report in 3 separate file types: PDF, HTML, and a Word Doc. Each of these formats will include the same information, but we deliver different formats of the completed report so you can pick and choose which format you need for your own internal use. When our team finds relevant details, we do also provide a 4th file for your review. It will be a separate PDF file labeled “SUM” which will include just the Report Highlights for your report without all of the bulk data for each identified account.
