How do I re-run a report?
From your SDC dashboard, you should see a column that says “Additional Functions.” This shows a plus sign (+) for each report ordered. When that is selected, it will bring up multiple options. One of these options is labeled “re-run report” which will allow you to re-run that particular report. You will have the option to re-run the report now or later. This will be submitted to our Customer Success team who will complete the re-run and send you an email letting you know once that is complete.
